Established in 1999, our neighborhood was established with one thought in mind - make this neighborhood a place residents want to live and play. Our HOA strives to keep that promise every day.
Covenants + By-Laws
Lexington Farms has a code that residents are expected to abide by in order to ensure a higher quality of life for all residents. These rules and regulations are enforced through violation notices, which are sent via mail to the non-compliant address. Residences that are non-compliant after the final notice as subject to legal action.
New residents must sign and return the agreement below.
