Our annual meeting is scheduled each year for 10am on the first Saturday in April and is held at the Wyandotte Library.

the first weekend of June.

Street Lights:

Loose/Stray Animals + Nuisances: TC Animal Control
Common Areas + Mailboxes: HOA Board
Vehicles parked on the street may not block mailboxes, driveways, or impair the line of sight for oncoming traffic.
All vehicles parked must be well-maintained and have up-to-date tags.
Large vehicles such as RV’s must be parked in driveways and not impede sidewalks and lines-of-sight.
All homes and outdoor living areas, in and out of sight, are required to be well-maintained and free of trash or other debris.
The raising or breeding of farm animals is not allowed within the neighborhood limits.
Fences must be well-maintained. Plans for fence replacements or new installations must be submitted to the HOA for approval.
Sheds must be in good repair and not exceed 6x8x8ft in size. Sheds are to be placed at the back of the homes up against the back of the home or on the side on the back half of the home.
